My alt. health package arrived!

So this morning a zapper, implant’o’rama and my various herbal remedies arrived.

Log

I have used the Zapper, and followed the original protocol of 3x 7 minutes followed by a 20 min break at 30kHz with copper hand holds, we’ll see how this goes.

I have started the ‘para cleanse’ as well as the digestive aid cleanse. I have started with the afternoon dosage (second of 3 daily doses). There is mention of enemas in the digestive cleanse documentation which is really reassuring to see. More similar protocols from different sources is certainly reassuring.

Currently I am feeling pleasant about this process.

Sony XDR-C1DBP Clock Radio

I’m on my 4th Clock Radio for the year. This one is good.

  • First one cost $20 and had an analog FM tuner which couldn’t hold a station.
  • Second one was from Phillips, cost $50 and was good, except that it wasn’t dimmable so I couldn’t sleep facing it.
  • Third one Cost $70 and had DAB digital radio, this was the reason I bought it.. nice little thing, except that when I had it on low volume every now and then it would get these loud interference noises, so now it has to go back…
  • My fourth one is pretty expensive,20160406_110214 I only went this far ($150) due to the others sucking…

This one has 2 ferrite chokes on the power cable so that validates the reason I chose a Sony..

It isn’t exactly loud, compared to it’s side-table companion SRS-X3 also Sony Bluetooth speaker, but I guess they engineered it do do a job. I’d say the speaker is spec’d to the quality of digital radio – which really isn’t great in my experience (64kbps…?). Although the real quality is what’s coming out of it, the digital radio stations are bringing all this nostalgia back with the 90’s channel.. bit of a gift 🙂 and the reason I bought it, the chill out stations

The status quo can be dangerous

This is a dark one. I can understand why things like Scientology are popular from a primal sense. The need to be part of a group is fundamental to survival.willful-blindness This can be dangerous when that group is malicious, wilful or not. Not saying Scientology is malicious – at least not to current or possible future devotees. For example the word genocide is a good example of how large numbers of complicit parties can perform pretty nasty things. So we can see plainly that people in general can hold beliefs that can be harmful to others…
I don’t like to talk about this due to it being so definitively polarised, but an example today I think could be vaccines…
Others may be Prison Unions in the US, the war or drugs, or more generally the proliferation of industrial corruption.

Cold showers and diet thoughts

Just listened to The Joe Rogan Experience #773 with Dr. Rhonda Patrick and there were some interesting points. They were talking about the benefits of cold showers and how it’s actually not good to have a cold shower soon after exercising because it can blunt the benefits of the inflammation response of the body to physical exercise.. well that was her hypothesis. There were many other things discussed which don’t come to mind although as is often the case, it was a worth while podcast.

I just got home from a hill ride, I have done the same 40km ride before without my legs being totally exhausted and so I guess I have been in better shape. I would also note that the diet I’m on has been doing good things for my energy, I felt I was able to keep powering on without suffering too much in as far as how my energy systems were working. So thats good news, another plus for the diet I’m on, just need to rest my legs now. Time to scoot my ass over to mums for more dinner. Didn’t count food intake today properly. I think I’ll add all my own custom foods to myfitnesspal.com since their food profiles are all over the place.
