Nutrigenomics

Well it seems that just dosing on folate in the form of free range chicken liver isn’t the whole picture for MTHFR and related genes. I read Niacin can be used when there’s too much folate… I didn’t have any at the time and just had to ride a night feeling not so great.. Since then co-factor supplements etc have arrived. I feel just allowing them to do their job as described here.

A Flock of Seagulls-Telecommunication
Interesting

First was tele-gram

gram definition, a combining form occurring in loanwords from Greek, where it meant “something written,”

Then telephone

Then television

Then the digital revolution with silicon semiconductors (Roswell 1947)

Where bandwidth has reached the point where the resolution of interfacing through space and time (with digital storage) electronically has reached, not quite a resolute facsimile of reality, at least within the ‘mainstream’ collective hive of human consciousness but a seemingly limiting inflection point as the juxtaposition of ‘the conspiracy’ with sovereign autonomy births…

Cancer

Just saw an ad for a University that said:

“Cancer should be scared…

We’ve got it in our sights and we’re coming after it”

…..
In the new paradigm it will be understood simply that ‘Sun Screen’ is carcinogenic, and cancer is a normal part of cell metabolism.. (just like mold and bacteria)

Nutrigenomics update

I have been really run down the last few days, waking up energized and ready for the day, knowing that around 90 mins after breakfast I will be facing an energy crash which will leave me lethargic, physically and mentally for the rest of the day. Although, usually late afternoon my energy will stabilize and I’ll be OK again. This morning was annoying as this happened, and I really wanted to have energy through the day. rice and roo, the most basic and wild forms of carb and protein calories I could find were basically to no avail. While not feeling ‘bad’ per se, I was certainly run down. I cooked up a little chicken liver, with no added sulfur foods for taste (onion/garlic), seems that has given me some good energy. This is awesome. Not as run down and mentally capable. I got the liver idea from the ATP podcast on MTHFR, which if I remember correctly mentioned that liver was the best source of folate. Folate (I think) being the missing output of folic acid from the MTHFR genes…
EDIT: more like a drug than just ‘capable’.. mental vibrancy

Ben Greenfield podcast: The Wildatarian Diet

Just stumbled onto this podcast, possibly one of the most important podcasts I’ve ever found for myself, covering

  • Sulfur metabolism ( I believe the liver is largely involved, which in Chinese medicine is related to anger…)
  • specifically why conventional animal farming methods are harmful to our health, as well as covering Glyphosate

Sulfur metabolism is something I don’t remember reading about in the Primal Blueprint, sure as hell have never heard it mentioned by an allopathic doc (in fact when I brought up histamine, an allopathic doc asked if I’d been speaking with a naturopath… classic). An integrative doc did test histamine and proceeded to diagnose undermethylation… but didn’t mention sulfur in the diet and the magnitude of it’s detriment…
I’m diving deeper into this podcast with these notes I’ve created – which I have further refined into specific concepts here.
